Audrey Chang
Senior Vice President

Audrey Chang, Senior Vice President, focuses on corporate communications and issues management campaigns.  She currently directs the firm’s work for the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), working on biosimilars, patent reform and emerging company concerns, as well as leading external outreach efforts on behalf of BIO’s public awareness campaign.  Ms. Chang has overseen a number of corporate communications projects clients in the health care, technology, philanthropy and media/entertainment spheres.  She specializes in generating traditional, online and social media coverage of her clients’ issues and priorities by filtering messages through a lifestyle lens. 

Ms. Chang has extensive communications and project management experience.  She joined The Harbour Group from Burson-Marsteller, where she headed the agency's work with the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve to launch new $10 and $5 bills nationwide.  Previously, Ms. Chang served as Vice President of Communications at The Welfare to Work Partnership, where she worked with a Board of Fortune 500 companies to generate media coverage of welfare to work issues and success stories.  Her other experience includes product and category marketing at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where she worked on an award-winning consumer marketing campaign.  While at Ogilvy, Ms. Chang also worked on the prestigious National Heart Lung and Blood Institute account.  Prior to that, Ms. Chang served as Communications Director for a small health policy nonprofit.

Ms. Chang has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Public Communication from The American University.  She is an active member of the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women, a member of the advisory board of the Penn in Washington program, and she participates in Everybody Wins, the Capital region’s premier non-profit organization devoted to promoting children's literacy and a love of learning through shared reading experiences.
