Noah Black
Director
Noah Black is a Director at The Harbour Group, where he designs and implements strategic communications campaigns to assist companies in achieving their business and policy objectives. Mr. Black’s communications programs have successfully secured placement of client stories in leading newspapers, online news sites, trade publications and broadcast news programs.
As lead digital strategist at The Harbour Group, Mr. Black provides clients with counsel on solutions for engaging online audiences and producing results, while providing instruction and training to increase an organization’s own digital capabilities.
Mr. Black serves as communications counselor to venture capital funded start-ups and established companies, as well as trade associations and international governmental organizations, on a range of communications issues and challenges.
Mr. Black worked on the successful launches of online start-ups including LaunchBox Digital, Revolution Health, SnagFilms, SB Nation and True/Slant. He also led external media relations efforts for Revolution Money prior to their $300 million acquisition by American Express.
Prior to joining The Harbour Group as an Account Coordinator in 2005, Mr. Black worked at Weber Shandwick Brussels, Burson-Marsteller and the Entertainment Software Association.
Mr. Black began his professional career in Washington, DC as an intern for Senator Edward M. Kennedy. Mr. Black graduated from the American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Studies of Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government.
